To add to the story, her previous owner was moving and couldn't take her with. If someone didn't go get her, they were going to have to take her to the pound. So, in a way, we DID rescue her! =)

Technically yes! Because if we didn't go get her from her previous owner, she was going to the pound because they couldn't take her with to their new place since it didn't allow dogs.
